As Trader Vic’s continues to expand, Yavuz Pehlivanlar, our Vice President of American Operations will continue to oversee restaurant development and operations in the United States and has recently been given the additional responsibility and territory of the Caribbean. Yavuz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality Management as well as a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Yavuz joined Trader Vic’s from his native Germany in 1999 and has an extensive background in restaurant and hotel management.
