ocated in the heart of Beirut, one floor below the Lobby level ( mezzanine floor) Trader Vic's Beirut has gained a good reputation for the quality of its food and service . Trader Vic's Beirut recently won the "Ways" award for Best International cuisine in Beirut.

The Gefinor Rotana Hotel Beirut opened the restaurant in September 2000. Despite Beirut's very competitive market, Trader Vic's gained popularity especially among the Lebanese "fins gourmets" and those who knew Trader Vic's from elsewhere around the globe.

The exotic Polynesian decor is mixed with formal table service, giant wooden tikis and sterling silver; the ambiance wraps itself around you as soon as you enter the door. Making you think of beaches and moonlight, escape and relaxation.

The restaurant's entrance distinguishes itself with a Chinese oven, dating back to the Han Dynasty. The oven, with it's soaring temperatures, is essential to so many of the dishes offered at Trader Vic's .

A large cocktail area leading into the dining room is set within the Boathouse Bar lounge which is the ideal place to enjoy a light meal and chat while sipping one of the house signature cocktails.

Trader Vic's exotic atmosphere is enhanced during our Waikiki nights; held every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday and is very popular with the local Lebanese.
