 rader Vic's Dubai opened its doors on November 26, 1994 and has since become one of the top restaurants in Dubai.
The restaurant seats 80 for dinner in the main dining room, and the Shell and Tonga private-dining rooms seat another 8 and 16. Besides the a la carte menu, Executive Chef Rosario creates monthly specials with delicacies related to the season or specific areas around the world.
In addition, the "Outrigger lunch" (a choice of starters and main-courses) is offered between 12:30 and 3:00 PM for those who have limited time to enjoy "the escape into relaxation" during their lunch breaks.
The Mai Tai Bar is a home away from home for many of Dubai's expat residents, who don't mind having to stand up with their favorite cocktails for a little while to enjoy the great atmosphere, as seating space is limited to only 35 seats. The Mai Tai Bar is also the setting of the Cuban musicians who play live every night from 9:15 P.M.
