Trader Vic's menu is characterized by international cuisine with delicious dishes from all around the world. There are European, Asian and American influences on the menu. In addition, Trader Vic's features a special Chinese Smoke Oven that the restaurant uses to barbecue many different kinds of meat, fowl and seafood. Adjacent to the main dining room, is Trader Vic's famous Boathouse Bar where guests have to opportunity to try some of the unique rum cocktails that founder of Trader Vic's, Victor Bergeron, created such as the legendary Mai Tai. The Boathouse bar features a live latin band that performs every Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. For larger parties, Trader Vic's is the perfect place to host business or social functions. The Puka Room can seat private parties up to 20 guests and the Tiki Room can accommodate cocktail parties between 80 to 100 guests (standing) or banquet dinners for 40 to 60 guests (sitting). |
